Experience: A graduate of the University of Limerick with over 20 years experience in filtration and related industries, John has led Engineering and Sales teams in multinational organisations before joining Irema. He is focused on developing Irema as the partner of choice for disposable face mask.

Name: Geraldine Ryan
Job Title: Finance Director
Experience: A qualified CPA accountant, Geraldine has been working in the accountancy field for the past 18 years. She joined the Irema team in 1997, was appointed the Financial Controller in 2001 and Finance Director in 2006. Her expertise in a manufacturing environment ensures that the business is adequately resourced at all times.

Name: Colm Joy
Job Title: Plant Manager (Operations and Product Development)
Experience: A Mechanical Engineering graduate from University of Limerick, Colm has responsibility for the overall plant operation including the development of new products aimed at further enhancing Irema’s customer offering. Colm has 15 years experience working as a Development Engineer and Engineering Manager with the filtration and medical device industries.

Name: Mary O’Brien
Job Title: Quality & Regulatory Affairs Manager
Experience: With over 20 years experience in Quality Control related disciplines, Mary joined the Irema team in 2004 to lead the Quality department. An expert in the Medical Device Directive MDD 93/42/EEC, Mary has overseen the implementation of ISO 13485:2005 and its integration into the company’s Quality Management System.
