Air filtration products manufactured by Irema Ireland range
from nonwoven meltblown media used by HVAC filtration
manufacturers for their finished filters to our own finished products
such as surgical face masks and respirator masks. These are based
on Irema's unique Micro 2000 Plus 100% polypropylene core technology
using continuous mixed diameter fibres. Our air filter products
are used in diverse industries, such as HVAC, Medical, Automotive,
and Personal Protection Equipment - wherever high performance air
filtration is called for.
Originally developed as a nonwoven material at Irema to meet the
need for air filter media which can reduce human health problems
as a synthetic alternative to fibre glass media, the Micro 2000
Plus provides outstanding resistance to microbial growth without
the need for the addition of anti-microbial agents.
The Micro 2000 Plus is a nonwoven meltblown media with inherent
anti-microbial characteristics. There are no added chemicals, therefore
there is no risk to the environment.
