Surgical and respirator Facemate face masks

Irema’s surgical face masks, produced under the Facemate brand, and are made to Medical Device Regulation (MDR) EU 2017/745, which all medical masks sold in Europe must conform to since May 2021.

Irema’s respirator face masks are produced under the Facemate brand and are certified to NIOSH and CE EN149 standards. We can also produce the same, standards compliant masks, packaged under your brand identity.

We provide a regular supply of Irema Facemate face masks to distributors all over Europe. Irema’s Facemate brand is the main brand used by Ireland’s Health Service Executive (the HSE).

If it doesn’t say Irema on the box – it might be Irema in the box! Our OEM branded products also meet the same CE, regulatory and industry standards. Our respiratory masks are without a valve as recommended by WHO during the pandemic for use in medical settings.

Respirator masks

This horizontal, flat fold mask protects people working in environments where harmful particles, pathogens and aerosols present a danger to their respiratory system and long term health. Healthcare workers, medical personnel and cleanroom operatives benefit from using this infection control respirator face mask.

The flat fold prevents contamination of the inside of the mask when not in use. The duckbill style limits direct contact with the face, making it extremely comfortable.

We provide three versions of the Facemate flat fold respirator mask: FFP2, FFP3 and N95.

Surgical masks

Our disposable standard medical and surgical Facemate face masks meet the highest industry standards for Bacterial Filtration Efficiency BFE (> 98%). Our 3-ply and 4-ply, latex free, hypoallergenic, surgical face masks are available in a range of colours.

We produce two groups of surgical face masks: tie-on surgical and earloop surgical.
