Micro 2000

The Micro 2000 range, manufactured to EN779:2002 and EN 779:2012 standards, is 90gsm synthetic polypropylene fine fibre air filter material suited for manufacturing multi-pocket bag filters.

Properties include a mixture of course and fine fibres ensuring the presence of mechanical filtration and static charge, low pressure drop, low energy cost while maintaining a high dirt-holding efficiency. Ideal for HVAC applications.

Micro Melt B

The Micro Melt B air filter material range, manufactured to ISO16890, is a 90gsm synthetic polypropylene air filter material with a very fine fibre mix. This material is perfectly suited for manufacturing multi-pocket bag filters.

Properties include fine, very fine and course fibres ensuring the presence of mechanical filtration and static charge, low pressure drop, low energy cost while maintaining a high dirt-holding efficiency.

• 90 gsm PP melt-blown with multiple fibre diameters, 19gsm spun-bond support layer and is available with a 14gsm spun-bond scrim layer if required
• Grade ePM10, ePM2.5, ePM1

Micro 700

The Micro 700 range, manufactured to to EN779:2002 and EN 779:2012, is an economical 70gsm synthetic polypropylene fine fibre air filter material suitable for manufacturing multi-pocket bag filters for general HVAC applications.

Properties include a mixture of course and fine fibres ensuring the presence of mechanical filtration and static charge, low pressure drop, low energy cost while maintaining a high dirt-holding efficiency.

• M5-F9
• Initial efficiency NaCl @ 0.5 um: From <60 to >85%
• Pressure drop from <35 to <60 Pa

Mini pleat rolls

Irema’s Mini pleat rolls, manufactured to to EN779:2002 and EN 779:2012, are 100% synthetic flat material of continuous fibres of mixed diameters from <0.3 to 80μm to give a stiff, sharp pleat. This combination results in lower initial air resistance and higher dust holding capacity. This binder free, composite material is very pliable but retains stiffness.

Disposal by incineration is easy and environmentally friendly.
